Programming The Playlist
I'm quite pleased to say that I programmed the radio station software on my own for the first time, and as expected, it went perfectly smoothly. Rosie's Requests for Saturday 29th July is ready to air, it just needs its host and its timeslot to come around.

I was recently asked what my 3 favourite bands were. This is what I wrote.
Just three? Ummm. Pink Floyd, QOTSA, Bob Evans. I've seen QOTSA play live 5 times, and seen Bob Evans twice at a local pub. Oh, and Frenzal Rhomb, who I've seen about 15 times at a dozen different little pubs. I also really like Joni Mitchell, and Crosby Still and Nash. I'm a pretty big Metallica fan, and I sometimes listen to bands like Testament, Pantera, Deicide. I think Australian Hip Hop is the best Hip Hop in the world, it's the true music of the Australian people, the working class people of the suburbs and the inner cities. It is the voice of a huge segment of Australia's young people. We also have a great metal and punk scene(s), in towns small and large, doing for themselves in a big way, I love those metal guys. I was really into Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan when I was younger, and the Doors of course, the entire history of music really just completely does it for me. I love music and I can't really narrow it down to just three. Sorry.
Hi, and welcome to nothing much yet.
But as we get on, things will appear here. Especially once we start the show, hey?
